Beginning with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, and the adventure begins. That is only a tiny airstrip trek route via high pass trek and then to the Khumbu Himalayas walk side to side with abundance and trekkers are Sherpa villages Benkar, Monjo, Chimoa, and Jorsale landscape dotted with Buddhist stupas and colorful prayer-flags. A steep climb up to the beautiful village of Namche Bazaar is full of striking views of the Himalayas. Specifically, Ama-Dablam and the Lhotse-Nuptse face. The trek takes us through the lush vegetation of Sagarmatha National Park, with pine forests, rhododendron flowers, and an abundance of wildlife which makes our journey remarkable.

On this trek of Three High Pass Everest trekking, 5 glacial lakes of the Gokyo valley are explorable. Trekking in the Everest region is justifiably popular, but on this trek, we go off-the-beaten-track. Besides remote valleys and over the high passes with superlative scenery every step of the way. Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla by flight, breakfast in Lukla. After breakfast trek to Phakding

Day 03: Trek to Phakding to Namche Bazaar

What if I get ill while trekking?

It depends on your illness. If altitude sickness you have to sit or lie down. And if you still feel sick, keep warm until you get medical help. You’ll be carried down with no more progress. We also advise our travelers to take a personal kit too.

If the case is serious then you’ll need a helicopter rescue. Our guide will suggest you use it if it is very serious.

Does a guide or porter carry an oxygen tank during this trek?

Guides or porters do not carry an oxygen tank since there is enough time to acclimatize while trekking. But if someone feels the affects of altitude then there are facilities along the trek at various points and is easy to get it.
