Tharke Khang Peak (THRK) is a climbing peak in the Mahalangur mountain range of Khumbu Pasang Lhamu municipality of Solukhumbu district in Nepal. The mountain peak has an elevation of 6710m and can be located at latitude 28.0439 longitude 86.7517. The summit of Tharke Khang Peak offers stunning views of Abi * 6043m, Amphu Gyabjen 5630m, Amphu I 6740m, Burke Khang 6942m, Chago 6893m, and more.
The region habitats vegetation of Pine and Hemlock forests, White Fir, Juniper, Birch and Rhododendron, scrub and alpine plant communities are common at the higher altitude. The park is home to the Red Panda, Snow Leopard, Musk Deer, Himalayan Tahr, Marten, Himalayan Mouse Hare (Pika), and over 118 species of bird including the Impeyan Pheasant, Snow Cock, Blood Pheasant, and Red-billed Cough.
