Thamserku Peak Climbing

Thamserku/ Tramserku Peak (THAM) is a climbing peak in the Khumbu mountain range of Khumbu Pasang Lhamu municipality of Solukhumbu district in Nepal. The mountain peak has an elevation of 6618m and can be located at latitude 27.7897 longitude 86.7878. The summit of  Solukhumbu  Peak offers stunning views of Ama Dablam 6814m,Chola Tse* 6423m, Chhukung Chuli * 5833m, Cho-Oyu 8188m, Chola Tse* 6423m and more.  

The Region

The region habitats vegetation of Pine and Hemlock forests, White Fir, Juniper, Birch and Rhododendron, scrub and alpine plant communities are common at the higher altitude. The park is home to the Red Panda, Snow Leopard, Musk Deer, Himalayan Tahr, Marten, Himalayan Mouse Hare (Pika), and over 118 species of bird including the Impeyan Pheasant, Snow Cock, Blood Pheasant, and Red-billed Cough.  

The Package

Thamserku Peak climbing expedition is 28 days challenging adventure trip. The expedition starts from Kathmandu where you will make essential backpacking and preparation. Your guide will brief you with the necessary trip details.

Trails

The trail passes from Lukla, Chheplung, Nurning, Phakding, Manjo, and to the base camp of Thamserku Peak, this route is 15 Km and the climbing route is 5.1Km.
