Tenzing Peak Climbing

Tenzing Peak (TENZ) is a climbing peak in the Mahalangur mountain range of Khumbu Pasang Lhamu/NC municipality of Solukhumbu/NC district in Nepal. The mountain peak has an elevation of 7916m and can be located at latitude 27.8545 longitude 86.5689. The summit of Tenzing Peak offers stunning views of mount Tengkangpoche 6482m,  Thaknak Ri (Drangana Ri) 6757m, Chago 6893m , Burke Khang 6942m, Chamlang 7321m, and more. 

 

The Region

The region habitats vegetation of Pine and Hemlock forests, White Fir, Juniper, Birch and Rhododendron, scrub and alpine plant communities are common at the higher altitude. The park is home to the Red Panda, Snow Leopard, Musk Deer, Himalayan Tahr, Marten, Himalayan Mouse Hare (Pika), and over 118 species of bird including the Impeyan Pheasant, Snow Cock, Blood Pheasant, and Red-billed Cough.  

The Package

Tenzing  Peak climbing expedition is 56 days challenging adventure trip. The expedition starts from Kathmandu where you will make essential backpacking and preparation. Your guide will brief you with the necessary trip details.

Trails

The trail passes from Lukla, Jorsalle, Namche, Khumjung, Machherma, Gokyo, and to the base camp of Tenzing Peak  Peak, this route is 39 Km and the climbing route is 19.9Km.
