Peak 41 Peak Climbing

Peak 41 (PK41) is a climbing peak in the Mahalangur mountain range of Khumbu Pasang Lhamu municipality of Solukhumbu district in Nepal. The mountain peak has an elevation of 6649m and can be located at latitude 27.7739 longitude 86.9114. The summit of Peak 41 offers stunning views of mount Khumbu Yui Lha 5761m, Nuptse 7861m, Ama Dablam 6812m, Kala Patthar 5643m, and more.

The Region

The region habitats vegetation of Pine and Hemlock forests, White Fir, Juniper, Birch and Rhododendron, scrub and alpine plant communities are common at the higher altitude.

The park is home to the Red Panda, Snow Leopard, Musk Deer, Himalayan Tahr, Marten, Himalayan Mouse Hare (Pika), and over 118 species of bird including the Impeyan Pheasant, Snow Cock, Blood Pheasant, and Red-billed Cough.

The trail you can follow to summit Peak 41 passes from Lukla, Tashing Ongma, Osila Kharka, Thangnak, Mera La to the base camp of Peak 41 this route is 27Km and the climbing route is 3.5Km.
