Ngojumba Khang Peak Climbing

Ngojumba Khang(NGOK) is a climbing peak in the Mahalangur mountain range of Khumbu Pasang Lhamu municipality of Solukhumbu district in Nepal. The mountain peak has an elevation of 7743m and can be located at latitude 28.1064 longitude 86.7086. The summit of Nepal Peak offers stunning views of mount Ama dablam 6812m, Mera Peak 6476m, Nuptse 7861m, Numbur, Kangtega 6782m, and more.

The Region

The region habitats vegetation of Pine and Hemlock forests, White Fir, Juniper, Birch and Rhododendron, scrub and alpine plant communities are common at the higher altitude.

The park is home to the Red Panda, Snow Leopard, Musk Deer, Himalayan Tahr, Marten, Himalayan Mouse Hare (Pika), and over 118 species of bird including the Impeyan Pheasant, Snow Cock, Blood Pheasant, and Red-billed Cough.

The trail you can follow to summit Ngojumba Khang passes from Lukla, Jorsalle, Namche, Khumjung, Machherma, Gokyo to the base camp of Ngojumba Khang, this route is 39Km and the climbing route is 19.1Km.
