Mardi Himal trek is a newly opened trek route in the Annapurna Region. In 2012 this trek has been officially opened for foreign as well as domestic trekkers. Though Mardi is the shortest trek trekkers get to enjoy the spectacular views of different mountains, glaciers with fewer crowds.Throughout this trek trekkers get to witness the beautiful landscape of hills and Himalayas, trekkers walk through beautiful rhododendron forest and also get to witness different species of plants and animals. Similarly, this trek allows trekkers to enjoy the panoramic view of Mardi Himal, Mt.Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna, Himchuli peaks. Along the way, trekkers get to witness glaciers, water streams, rivers and different species of birds and also wildlife creatures of the mountain region.As Mardi is newly opened trek, trekkers in their homestay get to enjoy typical Nepali food served in Nepali style and also get to experience the kind hospitality shown by the locals. Day 1 : Drive To From Kathmandu – Pokhara – Phedi (2 hs hike ) ( Overnight at Dhampus )
Day 2 : Dhampus – Forest Camp ( Overnight at Forest Camp )
Day 3 : Forest Camp – High Camp ( Mardi himal ) ( Overnight at Forest Camp )
Day 4 : High Camp to Sidhing ( Overnight at Sidhing )
Day 5 :- Sidhing – pokhara – Pokhara ( 2hr Drive ) Overnight at pokhara
Day 6 :- Departure Pokhara – Kathmandu
