Choosing the best time to go trekking is very essential. If you choose the time carelessly, it will lead to the spoilage of the entire voyage. So, if you want your journey to be a lifetime experience, you better choose the right time.

Nepal has four types of seasons:  Summer, Winter, Autumn, Spring. Among these, Autumn and Spring Season is the best time for Everest Base Camp Trek. The autumn season is the clearest of all seasons, offering crystal-clear views of Everest and other Himalayan ranges. The autumn season falls on March-May.

Spring season is the peak season of the year; during this season the entire Everest area is decorated with colorful rhododendron, magnolia flowers, and much more. In the spring season, September-November dropped.

Trekkers also travel the winter and monsoon season during the off-season time of the year. The weather is freezing cold at higher altitudes during the winter season and fogs could block mountain views. In winter season December-February dropped. There are heavy rainfall and exceptionally hot weather during the Monsoon season. Most views of the Himalayan range are obscured by rain clouds, and trails are swampy due to rain.
