Civil Mall is a 6th storeyed shopping mall established in 2010 with double basement parking, branded clothing stores, movie theater, food court, and kids playing zone. The futuristic mall is located in Sundhara, making it easily accessible from all parts of Kathmandu valley. The mall is equipped with security cameras, smoke detectors, an electricity generator, 14 escalators, 2 capsule lifts, 2 elevators, and 3 stairways running up the building.

Civil Mall provides a great experience whether for shopping or entertainment. The atrium is designed in a way that visitors can see most of the retail stores without any difficulty. There are more than 175 stores and 10,000 square foot area dedicated to the food court. The mall features a food court with indoor and outdoor seating, that offers varieties of food items from Indian to Japanese. They play live music every Friday and Saturday. The mall has a VR Chair which is a motorized chair with 12D cinema giving a realistic effect. Virtual Reality games can also be played in Civil Mall. The Bal Sansar section of the mall is the largest indoor playing area for kids in Kathmandu. It offers a ball pool, physical activities, and arcade games.
