Baglung Kalika Temple is situated in the far western region in the Baglung district of Nepal. It is a very famous temple in the history of Nepal. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Kali Bhagawati. Goddess Kali is considered as one of the most powerful and dangerous forms of Goddess Durga, consort of Lord Shiva. It is believed that Goddess Kali is the prime Goddess of the Dasa Mahavidyas and Ten fierce Goddesses of Tantra or the Tantric Goddesses. So people visit this temple to gain the strength to tackle their problems with the blessing of Goddess Kali.  The temple is located in the dense forest just above the northern side of Kali Gandaki. Many devotees all over the world visit this temple at least once in their lifetime because of its religious importance in Hindu culture.
