Australian Camp

Pokhara is known as one of the beautiful cities of Nepal and also a popular tourist city. Most of the trekking starts from Pokhara which includes the Dampus Australian Camp. Dampus Australian Camp trek is one of the easiest and simple treks that are in the Annapurna region. Australian base camp is a short trek that can be completed in 2 nights and 3 days. During the trek to the Australian camp, we can explore the Himalayas and also the Dampus village. The dhampus village is very attractive and has a number of old fashioned slate-roofed houses. The trek is best for those who are willing to experience Nepal mountain scenery and ethnic culture within a short period of time. Australian camp is the perfect trek where we can have a good view over the valleys and the Annapurna Mountain range which includes mount Dhaulagiri, mount Annapurna, Hiunchuli, Machapuchhre, and many other snow-capped mountains. The highest point in the entire trek is at the Australian Camp which is 2060m and we have to hike through the dense forest along with the mountains and the hills to complete the trek. Day1: Arrive at Kathmandu
Day2: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara
Day3: Drive to Dhampus and then trek to Australian Base Camp
Day4: Australian Base Camp to Sarangkot
Day5: Sargangkot Trek to Pokhara
Day6: Pokhara to Kathmandu
