Annapurna base camp is located in a hidden pocket, enclosed by the panorama of snow-clad peaks. Annapurna Himalayas is one of the most popular and beautiful ranges with more than a dozen peaks. The main peak is Annapurna-I, the world’s 10th highest at 8, 091 m / 26,545 feet, along with Annapurna-II, -III, IV, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fish-Tail, and Gangapurna Himal. As well as many other lesser peaks below 6,000 m, an amazing country to enjoy the adventure.
The best feature of Annapurna Base Camp trekking is that the chance of AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) is little to none. The altitude gain is gradual with planned breaks before reaching the highest point of 4,130 m. During the winter season, skiing and snowboarding activities are also available.
The trek starts and completes at scenic Pokhara, a renowned tourist destination of Nepal. Blessed with natural beauty and surrounded by green hills with close views of Annapurna Himalaya that reflect on its serene Phewa and Begnas lakes.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing tour around UNESCO World heritage sites around Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara 860 m 06 hours on road.
Day 04: Drive to Kande, trek to Landruk 1,430 m via Australian Camp-05 hrs.
Day 05: Trek to Chhomrong village 1,951 m – 06 hrs.
Day 06: Trek to Dovan 2, 130 m via Bamboo 2,050 m – 06 hrs.
Day 07: Trek to Machapuchhre Base Camp 3,720 m -06 hrs.
Day 08: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp 4,130 m – 04 hrs.
Day 09: Trek to Bamboo 2,050 m – 06 hrs.
Day 10: Trek to Jhinu-Danda a place with a hot spring 1, 700 m – 06 hrs.
Day 11: Hike to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara 860 m- 05 hrs.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu 1,300 m and transfer to hotel.
On arrival at Kathmandu, our representative receives you and assists you at your hotel. After checking in a short briefing regarding the trek is held by our guide. The evening is reserved for welcome dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant
Day 02: Sightseeing tour around Kathmandu.
Explore UNESCO world heritage sites adorned with the country’s beautiful cultural and historical landmarks. The tour offers visitors an introduction to Nepalese culture along with medieval art and architecture.
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara 860 – 06 hours
Depending on group size either in a car or bus, drive along the winding Prithvi Highway along the Trishuli and Marsyangdi rivers. Exploring diverse landscapes, head towards Mid-West Nepal to the beautiful Pokhara city blessed with natural wonders including mountain vistas, lakes, green lush forests, and a waterfall. On arrival check-in a hotel near the serene Phewa Lake, with time to
browse around the street at the lakeside (Flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu, duration of half-hour is optional with additional cost)
Day 04: Drive to Kande, trek to Landruk 1,430 m via Australian Camp-05 hrs.
After breakfast at the hotel, the drive of an hour takes you to Kaande. Trek begins with a climb to the scenic viewpoint of Australian Camp or Thulo Kharka, with the panorama of Annapurna and Manaslu Himalaya range along with Machhapuchare Himal the Fish-Tail.
Then walk to Pothana then descend through a forested hiking trail to the village of Landruk. Overlooking Annapurna South and Hiunchuli peaks, explore Gurung village and overnight at a local lodge.
Day 05: Trek to Chhomrong village 1,951 m – 06 hrs.
From Landruk head down to the Modi River basin through terrace farm areas, followed by a steep climb to Jhinu Danda and Chhomrong: a large Gurung village with traditional stone thatch-roofed houses. Enjoy the overnight halt at a well-facilitated lodge.
Day 06: Trek to Dovan 2, 130 m via Bamboo 2,050 m – 06 hrs.
Descend to Chhomrong River on a stone-stepped trail, followed by a steep ascent to Sinuwa. The walk continues through the forested trail to Bamboo. The walk continues through the deep forest to Dovan for an overnight stop in a lodge.
Day 07: Trek to Machapuchhre Base Camp 3,720 m -06 hrs.
After breakfast in the morning head towards Himalaya Hotel along the forested Modi river valley. With a gradual ascent to Deurali, the tree lines start to disappear and alpine topography begins with a climb to Machapuchhre base camp located at the bottom of Mt.Fishtail.
Day 08: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp 4,130 m – 04 hrs.
Head towards the main highlight of the trip, along the alpine meadows overlooking the Hiunchuli Mountain shining bright with clear blue skies as backdrop. After a couple of hours of gradual ascent, to the main highlight Annapurna Sanctuary. Encircled by the Annapurna Himalaya range, the base camp offers the best view of the hiking trip. Enjoy the glorious mountain views, while having hot lunch at the lodge restaurant. The afternoon is for leisure to explore the vicinity including the glacier and panorama of Annapurna Himalayan peaks.
Day 09: Trek to Bamboo 2,050 m – 06 hrs.
After an exciting time at Annapurna base camp, our trip retraces back to Machapuchhre base camp followed by long downhill to Deurali, Himalaya Hotel, and to Bamboo settlement for an overnight stop. The journey is comparatively easy.
Day 10: Trek to Jhinu-Danda a place with a hot spring 1, 700 m – 06 hrs.
From Bamboo, the trek climbs through a deeply forested winding trail to Sinuwa Danda followed by a descent to Chhomrong River and ascends to Chhomrong for a lunch stop. After lunch head down to Jhinu and after checking in the lodge descend to Modi river gorge for a bath at a natural hot spring. This refreshing bath possesses some therapeutic value to strained muscles and skin problems.
Day 11: Short last day walk and drive to Pokhara 860 m- 05 hrs.
In the morning hike to Nayapul along the Modi Riverbank, then drive back to Pokhara. After checking in to your hotel, explore Phewa lakeside for leisure activities.
Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Morning departs from the hotel for an interesting drive of six hours to Kathmandu, on the main highway. On reaching Kathmandu city transfer to your hotel, rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 13: Free day in Kathmandu for individual activities.
After a successful trekking trip in the high hills of Annapurna The Himalayas, the day is for your individual activities, where you can explore and buy some souvenirs.
Day 14: Final Departure for homeward bound or to respective countries.
As per the tour scheduled return flight, a representative will transfer you to the airport terminal for departure after the successful completion of the Annapurna Base Camp short trek.
