Sahid Diwas
Sahid Diwas (Martyrs’ Day) in Nepal is observed annually to honor martyrs who sacrificed for Nepal’s democracy and freedom, especially the four executed in 1941: Shukraraj Shastri, Dharma Bhakta Mathema, Dashrath Chand, and Gangalal Shrestha, with national tributes at Shahid Gate and memorial events.
